Akeem has over 13 years of experience leading operational and strategic improvement projects. His consulting experience spans numerous industries including: utilities, financial services, consumer goods, wireless telecommunications, commercial airline manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and multi-site property management.

Prior to joining EHS, Akeem spent four years with McKinsey & Company. During this time, he advised clients on the transformational changes brought on by the mass adoption of three technologies: the Internet, wireless telecommunications, and rewritable optical discs.

His consulting experience is complemented by three years spent with Citigroup as a corporate finance associate. While at Citigroup, he advised clients on several mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also helped structure complex asset-backed securitizations.

Akeem earned his B.A. in Applied Mathematics at Harvard University and his M.A. in International Development Economics at Stanford. He earned his M.B.A. at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
