Cyndy Cataudella is an accomplished human resources professional with more than 8 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, and corporate development. For the past three years, Cyndy has contributed her talents to the marketing and administrative activities of EHS Partners.

Cyndy began her career as a recruiting administrator for McKinsey & Company, where she co-led the North American advanced and professional degree recruiting program.

She then joined Goldman, Sachs & Co. as Global Operations Recruiting Manager where she directed the recruiting program for the Global Operations Division consisting of approximately 800 employees.

Cyndy also spent several years with Olsten Health Services as National Director of Recruitment and The Esteé Lauder Companies as Director of Staffing and Corporate Development.

Cyndy graduated Summa Cum Laude with an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teacher's College, Columbia University. She earned her B.A. with dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology from The City University of New York at Brooklyn College.
