Jan has over 25 years of domestic and international business experience including extensive work in human resources, business leadership, and consulting. Jan has a valuable insight into the EHS experience, having served on the executive steering committee as a client. She has experienced first-hand the challenges of capturing business improvements as well as the success of implementing business applications that drive bottom line growth.

Prior to joining EHS, Jan was Sr. Vice President Human Resources with Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a Senior Global Partner with Mercer Human Resource Consulting (domestic and international), Vice President Human Resources with Allied Worldwide, North American Van Lines, and previously held management positions with Norfolk Southern Corporation and PepsiCo.

With experience in corporate and consulting human resources, Jan has a deep insight into healthcare and retirement strategies, programs, and providers. She has led large scope projects with healthcare providers looking for continuous improvement and bottom line growth. Jan also understands the corporate requirements for managing these two significant areas of business cost and the demands that are increasingly falling back to providers.

Jan has been a speaker both nationally and internationally on the topics of global HR strategies, total rewards, and mergers & acquisitions.

She resides with her family in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Jan earned her BS in Business from Concordia University and holds certifications from WorldatWork and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
