His work with productivity-improvement projects began at TCA where he was an associate engagement manager focusing on operational and IT activities. Additionally, he managed revenue-enhancement projects.
Prior to TCA, Jason was a member of a highly selective team chosen by Fleet Financial Group (now part of Bank of America), dedicated to an internal project to identify and implement ideas to improve earnings at Fleet Mortgage.
In addition to these experiences, Jason worked with Perot Systems and as an independent consultant serving clients in the travel, utilities, and defense industries. Recently he co-instructed a number of leadership training courses with Richard Pascale, renowned business author and professor.

Jason has a B.A. in Economics and Government from Colby College in Waterville, ME.
