After a 12-year career as an engineer officer in the British Army, including postings in Germany and Commando Forces, and as an instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Jeremy ran a career-development project for London Underground. He moved to France as the EEC opened up and managed HR development for the Euro Disneyland theme park during its infancy.
Returning to London in 1994, Jeremy joined Price Waterhouse's change management and organizational design practice, where he worked for the BBC and ran the change management stream of an 18-month project at Novo Nordisk in Denmark. He specialized in performance measurement, including ground-breaking enhancements to the balanced scorecard. In Europe, he helped Johnson & Johnson introduce a variable, cash-based approach to factory management. In the U.S., he delivered value-based management methodologies to the entertainment industry (The Walt Disney Company) and a scorecard for Daimler Chrysler to gauge the effectiveness of its integration.
Jeremy is a former Director of British American Business Inc. and Comp2Kids; and currently of the British Biathlon Union.
