Prior to joining EHS, Jim served as Vice President, Total Quality and Customer Value, for North American Van Lines. North American, now part of Allied Worldwide, is a forerunner of household relocation, high-value products transportation, distribution, and logistics services. He successfully led the company-wide strategic improvement project prior to the merger with Allied Van Lines.
He was an early pioneer in quality and lean transformation including leading a team that created "Process Breakthrough," an innovative approach to dramatic process performance results linked with improved customer satisfaction. Jim also led the launch and implementation of a Six Sigma process at North American Van Lines.
Before North American, Jim completed a 20-year career with Ingersoll-Rand. During his career, he was responsible for nuclear, military, and commercial quality processes. As Director of Total Quality Leadership, he drove overall product and service improvement helping ensure the company's top positions in markets served worldwide.
Jim serves on the Board of Directors of British American Business.
Education
Jim earned two Associate Degrees from the Johnson Technical Institute in Scranton, PA, earning his B.S.B.A. from Concordia College in Bronxville, NY. He was the recipient of the school's Academic Excellence Award.
