Melanie Lindsay
Melanie has 15 years experience as a consultant, advising on strategic and operational change. She has worked with clients from the financial services, media, consumer goods, and retail sectors.

Melanie's early career was as an investment banker working for Hambros and then Kidder, Peabody Inc. She worked on M&A and corporate finance transactions across Europe and North America.

Following this, Melanie spent 7 years at McKinsey & Company where she advised clients with issues covering a whole range of topics including change management, process improvement, strategy development, and operational effectiveness. She was part of the leadership group for the Media and New Media practices. Latterly, she has consulted predominantly to the media and financial services sectors as an independent consultant focusing on growth and operational improvement. Clients have included Deutsche Bank, CSFB, Diageo, NTL, UPC, Hallmark, Booker, Pearson, United Business Media, and Prudential.

Education
Melanie holds a law degree from the University of Bristol and an MBA from London Business School where she was awarded a Friends Scholarship.
