Prior to joining EHS, she worked for a not-for-profit that specialized in financing low- and moderate-income housing throughout New York and New Jersey. Coordinating lenders, developers, community groups, and federal and local government agencies, her efforts resulted in the rehabilitation or new construction of close to 500 housing units in New York's Hudson Valley region.
Nicole has worked in the field of secondary education as an administrator of the performing arts program and teacher of world history, global studies, leadership training, and public speaking at a private middle and high school.
Education
Nicole has a Masters in Public Administration with distinction from the School of Public Affairs at American University. She earned her B.S. in History and Communications from Northwestern University.
