Having managed people and having P&L responsibility throughout most of his career, Tom is keenly aware of the power of internally driven ideas to improve businesses and the challenges associated with capturing these. He is particularly interested in opportunities to drive revenue growth and has been involved in the development of EHS's revenue growth and continuous improvement applications.
Prior to joining EHS, Tom was responsible for a variety of businesses owned by golfer Jack Nicklaus including worldwide licensing and endorsement entities, golf schools, and family entertainment centers. He managed the Nicklaus brands and oversaw the growth of his licensed products business into one of the world's largest centered around a single athlete.
Tom began his business career as a sales representative with IBM.
He resides with his family in Atlanta, Georgia.

Tom earned his B.S. in Mathematics at Bucknell University and his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School.
