Cameron has more than 30 years of experience in leading strategic, organizational and operational change in a range of industries including financial services, consumer packaged goods, automotive, healthcare and manufacturing. He has worked in both Fortune 500 and start-up environments.
Prior to joining EHS, Cameron was the President of Legacy Financial Services where he led the creation, expansion and success of a residential and small commercial mortgage company serving Indiana and Ohio.
Previous to Legacy, Cameron served in two corporate officer roles at Hillenbrand Industries, where he first was the Vice President, Corporate Planning and was promoted to Vice President, Supply Management. While there, he directed core strategic management and incentive compensation processes and led the supply management corporate group through a company-wide capability building and efficiency initiative.
Cameron began his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he worked for over eight years in North America, Germany and Japan.
Education
Cameron earned his MBA at the University of Chicago, and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at MIT.
