Dusty has extensive experience in finance and business development with Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. Prior to joining EHS, he worked with a privately held bank where he developed metrics to evaluate commercial loans and created work-out structures to underperforming assets, thereby decreasing default rates.
Previously, he held senior analyst positions with Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Co. At Goldman, he managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio and implemented procedures to improve efficiency of trading; also notably working with the M&A team. During his time at McKinsey, Dusty designed a growth strategy for a leading financial institution, developed an operational effectiveness improvement program and developed a go-to-market strategy for a large consumer packaged goods firm.
