Jason is a Managing Director of EHS Partners. He has led operational and strategic improvement projects for EHS in both the United States and Europe for the past 15 years. His experience in working with leading companies spans various industries including multiple engagements in banking, insurance, utilities and consumer packaged goods. In addition to his client work, Jason spearheaded the development of EHS' revenue enhancement modules and also co-directed work on the development of the firm's innovative financial and implementation planning systems.
Prior to joining EHS Partners, Jason was a member of the team at TCA that pioneered groundbreaking restructuring work in the banking industry in the early 1990s. In addition, he has co-instructed leadership training courses in the United Kingdom with Richard Pascale, renowned business author and professor.
His experience across many industries and geographies has been pivotal to the development of EHS' objectives and results-oriented approach to driving change through operational improvement.
Jason is an active board member for Youth Enrichment Services (YES!) which is a non-profit that provides an outdoor development outlet for Boston's inner-city youth. He is also a tri-athlete who participates in several races a year and enjoys skiing during the triathlon off-season.

He received his B.A. in Economics and Government from Colby College in Waterville, ME.
