Jonathan has over a decade of experience working with leading companies to improve operating performance. Having served as an advisor to over 40 public and private companies in a broad set of industries, his expertise ranges from corporate growth, operational efficiency and mergers and acquisitions to capital raising and financial valuation.
Prior to joining EHS Partners, Jonathan was a Vice President at The Bellwether Group, a Los Angeles-based merchant banking boutique, where he counseled publicly traded companies on strategies for improving company valuation and performance, worked with entrepreneurs to build new businesses and raised capital for start-up enterprises.
As a manager of New Ventures for Gateway, Inc., Jonathan was involved in extensive changes to the company's operating model and spearheaded strategic growth initiatives. Previous to Gateway, he was a senior associate in McKinsey & Company's Dallas office, where he specialized in corporate finance and strategic advisory projects for worldwide clients. While there, he led the development of McKinsey's tools for understanding impact of investor sentiment on company value.
Jonathan is a former member of the US Triathlon Team and a qualifier for the Race Across America.
Education
Jonathan earned his MPP in International Trade & Finance from Harvard University and is a graduate of the International Tax Program at Harvard Law School. He earned his B.A. with Special Honors in Government and Anthropology from the University of Texas at Austin.
