Nicole has over a decade of experience in managing programs in various industries including financial services, utilities, consumer packaged goods, education and non-profit. At EHS she leads project work including process logistics and management, project communications, data analysis and management and ongoing implementation support. She has directed work on developing and enhancing proprietary EHS processes and tools for project orientation, client management and reporting. Off-project she is responsible for EHS' infrastructure, knowledge management, systems development and contributes to marketing activities.
Prior to joining EHS, Nicole worked in secondary education as a performing arts department chair and a high school history teacher. Additionally, she worked at the Arts Education Partnership, most notably providing technical assistance to the Ford Foundation's Arts-Ed Initiative.
Nicole is a business volunteer with the Arts & Business Council in New York City, which connects business professionals with arts organizations to help them solve their specific business challenges.
Education
Nicole earned her Masters in Public Administration with Distinction at American University in Washington D.C. and a B.S. in History and Communications from Northwestern University.
