Nikki has five years of project management, research, analysis and professional development experience primarily in the education industry. Prior to joining EHS, she worked with the City University of New York (CUNY) in the development of capacity-building programs and services for high school students. Previous to that, she supported programs across the industry in urban school improvement developing curricula and facilitating data driven decision making.
She has also worked in secondary education as an English teacher and student affairs coordinator.
Education
Nikki earned her Master's degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and her B.S. in Education and English from Northwestern University.
