Tom is a Managing Director of EHS Partners. He has over 30 years of business experience including extensive work in sales and marketing, business leadership and consulting. Since joining EHS Partners in 2000, Tom has led broad performance improvement initiatives for numerous Fortune 1,000 companies in industries including consumer packaged goods, utilities and financial services, among others.
Throughout his 20 years as a manager, Tom developed broad skills in sales and marketing, business management and organizational development. He has utilized these skills and hands-on approach to effectively help EHS' clients achieve large organizational change and drive earnings and growth. Tom has been involved in all facets of EHS' practice, specifically its revenue execution and growth and continuous improvement applications.
Prior to joining EHS, Tom was responsible for a variety of businesses owned by golfer Jack Nicklaus including worldwide licensing and endorsement entities, golf schools and family entertainment centers. He managed the Nicklaus brands and oversaw the growth of his licensed products into one of the world's largest businesses inspired by a single athlete.
Tom began his business career as a sales representative with IBM.
Education
Tom earned his MBA at Harvard Business School and his B.S. in Mathematics at Bucknell University.
