Client Services Director
At EHS, Nicole leads the operational components of the EHS program, including process logistics and management, project communications, data analysis and management, and ongoing implementation support. She brings more than 20 years of experience managing programs across various industries, including financial services, utilities, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, education and non-profit.
Nicole directs the enhancement of proprietary EHS processes and tools for project orientation, client management and reporting. Off-project, she is responsible for EHS’ infrastructure, knowledge management and systems development.
Prior to joining EHS, Nicole worked in secondary education as a performing arts department chair and a high school history teacher.
She continues her advocacy for accessibility to the arts by providing technical and fundraising assistance to performing arts school programs and other arts organizations.
Nicole earned her master’s degree with distinction in public administration from American University in Washington D.C. and her B.S. in history and communications from Northwestern University.
