Angela Paulk

Managing Director

Angela brings over 20 years of global experience in strategy, operations, and enterprise-
wide performance improvement across financial services, business intelligence, and
technology ventures, and climate-focused enterprises in the U.S., U.K., Europe, and
international markets.

She has led large-scale transformation and performance improvement initiatives across
organizations of varying scale and complexity. Angela served as CEO of a climate
advisory startup in Washington, D.C., where she led a strategic and operational
turnaround, including a concurrent fundraise and finance restructuring, and supported
an orderly transition that culminated in an asset sale. She also directed C-suite-
sponsored global transformation programs at Deutsche Bank in London, focused on
governance, regulatory compliance, culture, and operating model change across Global
Markets and Banking divisions, and held senior roles at analytics and fintech startups
Expand and Coalition during their acquisitions by Boston Consulting Group and
Standard & Poor’s.

Angela began her career at Citigroup, working in Equity Research covering industrial
sectors on the top-ranked Institutional Investor team and in the firm’s Economic &
Political Strategies group, building a strong foundation in financial markets,
macroeconomics and geopolitical analysis. Her path into global organizations began
with two years of U.S. Peace Corps service in Russia.

She holds a dual Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and London
Business School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia. Angela is
a registered Civil Mediation & Conflict Resolution practitioner and has Lean Six Sigma
Black Belt training. She has also served as adjunct faculty at Columbia University and
as a mentor and advisor to entrepreneurs and mission-driven organizations.
