Peter Kempf

As Managing Director for over 13 years, Peter has led client work for EHS Partners across a range of industries from financial services to utilities – bringing his 30+ years of experience in performance improvement to each and every client.
Prior to joining us, he focused on process change, business growth and integration strategies at various Southern California consumer goods and technology companies including The Wonderful Company – a $4 billion company with brands including FIJI Water, POM Wonderful and Conexant Systems – a large semiconductor provider.
He also spent nine years with McKinsey & Company, working with clients on operational improvement and process redesign in a broad set of industries.
Peter earned his MBA at the Anderson School at UCLA, his MS in Electrical Engineering at USC and received his BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota.
