EHS Partners is proud to announce the appointment of Ed Dobosz and David Howe as Partners.

“We are delighted to add Ed and David as Partners. They have demonstrated exceptional leadership with our clients and within the firm. And they represent our firm’s core values and vision for the future,” said Eric Holder, EHS’s Founding Partner. In their new roles, Ed and David will continue to lead EHS’s client programs and assume management of the firm with the other partners, Eric Holder, Jason Soules, and Tom Hislop.

Ed Dobosz began his involvement with EHS 17 years ago and has been a Managing Director at the firm now for twelve years. He has primarily focused on ensuring the success and sustainability of the EHS program’s significant financial impact at each client. “I look forward to continuing the tremendous success EHS has had partnering with the leadership teams of Fortune 1000 companies to generate unrivaled benefits, quickly and with certainty,” said Ed. Over his nearly 30+-year career in strategy and operational consulting as well as small business management, Ed has been driving change in companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries including insurance, financial and information services, energy, retail, healthcare, aerospace and education. Mr. Dobosz earned his MBA at Harvard Business School and B.S. in Electrical Engineering with highest distinction from Purdue University where he was awarded Phi Beta Kappa. He also completed studies at the University of Auckland, New Zealand as a Rotary Foundation Graduate Scholar.

David Howe has been a Managing Director at EHS Partners for eight years, focusing on generating sustainable performance improvement and significant financial impact at each EHS client. “I am extremely proud of the success our clients have achieved with the EHS program. I look forward to leading our dedicated, senior level team in the future as we continue to grow and support an expanded set of clients with our proven approach to operational improvement with unmatched financial impact,” said David. For over 20 years, he has provided his expertise in performance improvement and strategy in a variety of industries, including defense, energy, financial services, healthcare, and materials. His career has provided a background for driving change and growth in a range of situations including time in Naval Special Warfare, as CEO of a venture backed company, and in the White House. Mr. Howe received his MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business as a Palmer Scholar and his B.A. in mathematics from Harvard University.
